An original play reading and talk back with playwright, John Ray

Here's what the playwright writes about his play:

The reading will consist of the first act of my two-act play “Fullest Vigour.” This is 50 standard script pages in length, and should be a few minutes under one hour in duration. “Fullest Vigour” follows multiple characters as they jump back and forth between the 19th Century and the present on the whims of a character I call Time; unknown to themselves, the characters are forced to act out concepts of Darwinian natural selection of the fittest. Characters include a Victorian vicar, his anti-Darwinist fiancé, a modern scientist and her deathless wandering Scotsman of a husband, as well as Time and some dogs. And a couple of grave robbers – or are they technicians in a terrifying experiment? I think it’s a comedy but I’m completely willing to debate that proposition.
